Jane Kuimba

Jane Kuimba is an experienced banking professional and the current Operations Manager at MicroPlan, where she oversees Back Office and Recoveries functions. With a career spanning nearly 20 years, she has held key roles across Loan Administration, Customer Service, Telling and Relationship Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Accounting and is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ). Jane is recognized for her strong institutional knowledge, exceptional relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of customer-centric financial strategies.
