Pepelapi possesses extensive expertise in short-term, health, and funeral insurance, as well as bancassurance, reinsurance, and broking within the Southern African region. She previously served as the General Manager of Old Mutual Insurance Company of Zimbabwe from 2014 to 2019 and has held various high-level management roles in financial services and insurance companies. Pepelapi successfully led the team that rebranded RM Insurance Company to Old Mutual Insurance Company of Zimbabwe.
She was appointed to the Board of FBC Insurance Company Limited on 10 October 2023.
