Lovemore is a career banker and has vast commercial banking, work study, general management, business process design, business process re-engineering and productivity improvement experience acquired during the past decade, having worked for a multinational bank and FBC Bank. He strengthened his solid experience through secondment and attachments regionally and internationally for the multinational bank. Lovemore held various managerial positions in retail banking, banking services and organization and methods. He has been with FBC Holdings since the commercial banking arm commenced operations in 1997 and played a major role in setting up the banking functions of the institution. Lovemore is an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Services (UK) and is in the final stages of attaining an MBA.
