FBC Launches Premium Mastercard Cards to Enhance Clients' Travel Experience
FBC Bank, in partnership with Mastercard, has announced the launch of new family of premium international cards which extend ultimate convenience for clients to transact across the globe. The bank has introduced four unique Mastercard products namely World Credit, World Debit, Platinum Prepaid and Gold Rand Prepaid , as part of its quest to address the distinctive travel needs of clients.
The FBC World Prepaid Credit Card offers special privileges, outstanding services, and comprehensive insurance as benefits for the bank’s customers. The international card must be pre-funded before use and it is accepted on Mastercard-enabled platforms both locally and internationally.
The FBC World Debit is a debit premium card product with two card numbers on one card (Dual PAN). It offers special complimentary benefits and privileges, in addition to ordinary services attached to international cards.
It works locally on Zimswitch (from Local PAN-printed at the back of the card) and internationally on Mastercard (from Mastercard PAN-Embossed at the front of the card).
The FBC Platinum Prepaid Card is a premium card that provides worldwide acceptance and exclusive privileges at home and abroad. Similar to the World Prepaid Credit Card, it requires pre-funding before use and operates on Mastercard-enabled platforms worldwide.
The FBC Gold Prepaid Rand Card allows clients to make deposits exclusively in Rands (ZAR). This card is particularly beneficial for Zimbabwean traders who frequently conduct business across the Zimbabwe-South Africa border. It must be pre-funded in Rands before use and is compatible with Mastercard-enabled platforms both locally and internationally.
