FBC Bank Scoops CCAZ Top Customer Service Excellence Award

FBC Bank scooped the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) First Runner-up Service Excellence Award in the Banking Sector Category. The FBC Bank team, led by Faideth Foto -FBC Bank Convenience Banking Operations Manager, received the award from Dr Thorsten Hutter (German Ambassador to Zimbabwe) at a colourful CCAZ Prize Presentation Ceremony held on 27 October 2017 at the Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.

The Zimbabwe Service Excellence Awards are organised and managed by the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Consumer Council of Zimbabwe (CCZ) and Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA). The adjudication process for selecting winners is monitored by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM) - a renowned international customer service and call centre organisation with head offices in UK and South Africa.  

The CCAZ Service Excellence Awards aim to recognise, honour and reward organisations which have excelled in delivering outstanding customer service. They also seek to promote and nurture a culture of service excellence in various sectors.
