How to register FBC MasterCard on PayPal

Following the addition of Zimbabwe to the PayPal platform we would like to inform you on how to register your FBC MasterCard card on the PayPal platform and how you acquire the four digit verification code required by PayPal in order to fully register your card number. 

After you have added your card number on the PayPal platform, you will need to confirm card ownership as follows:

Please follow the instructions that match what you see on the site;

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside Credit cards.
  5. Click Confirm My Card.
  6. Click Continue.

Or

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Link and Confirm My Card.
  5. Click Save and Continue.

Locate the charge on your card statement

  • PayPal will charge $1.95 to your card. (Once you have confirmed your card, this amount is refunded to your PayPal account immediately or to your card within 30 days.)
  • You can get in touch with us on the numbers below for your verification code, However we will have to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card before we give you the code.

Confirm your card by entering the code

Have your 4-digit PayPal code ready.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update beside Credit cards.
  5. Click Enter PayPal Code.
  6. Enter the 4-digit PayPal code.
  7. Click Confirm Card.
