With more than 20 years' experience in finance, Tich is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries. His working experience began when he joined a local insurance broker in 1988 as an accounting trainee, rising through the ranks to become an accountant in 1993. Tich subsequently became General Manager Finance and Corporate Services and in August 2004 was appointed Group Company Secretary of FBC Holdings.
