Dr. Israel is a fellow of the Institute of People Management and a Member of Zimbabwe Institute of Management. Dr. Israel has over 26 years experience as a Human Resources Practitioner with several Zimbabwean and international firms including holding positions of Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager with two local multinational banks. Before joining the bank he was the Human Resources Executive of a large Zimbabwean meat and food processing company. Dr. Israel joined FBC Bank Limited in March, 2000 as Head, Human Resources until January 2005 when he was reappointed Group Head, Human Resources for FBC Holdings Limited. He is currently the Divisional Director, Group Human Resources.
