Benson is a Licensed Stockbroker (SECZ) and a board member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE). He holds diplomas in administration and leadership as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Benson has over 15 years experience in the financial services sector in which he was involved as sponsoring broker on the listing of FBC Holdings Limited, NICOZ Diamond Insurance Company and Fidelity Life Assurance Company. He is an accredited member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM), having qualified for the international broker status. Ben joined FBC Holdings in 2005 as Head of Stock Broking Department and was instrumental in the setting up of FBC Securities. He was appointed Managing Director of FBC Securities in 2007. Prior to joining the company he was General Manager of three other well established stock-broking firms.
