Alwin is a reinsurance expert who has 10 years experience in reinsurance practice. He started his career as a student attaché in 2012. He became a Facultative Underwriter in February 2017 and has risen through various ranks to become the Facultative Underwriting manager in 2020. His expertise spans in reinsurance underwriting, premium pricing strategies, credit control, and business development. More so, his meticulous approach to risk assessments, market research, and adherence to regulatory standards underscores his commitment to operational excellence. Alwin holds a Master’s in Business Administration (UZ), Master of Science in Risk Management and Insurance (NUST), B.Com (Hons) in Risk Management and Insurance (NUST) and is working towards completing his advanced diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
