Washington is a reinsurance professional with over 6 years of experience in the industry. He joined FBC Re as a graduate trainee in 2018 and worked his way up through the ranks, orchestrating strategic initiatives and driving growth before being appointed branch manager for the Bulawayo branch in 2023. He holds a B.Com Honours degree in Insurance and Risk Management and a Master's degree in Risk Management and Insurance, all from National University of Science and Technology. Aside from his professional endeavours, Washington enjoys playing cricket.
