Eng. Terrence is a qualified engineer with ten (10) years of engineering practice. He is registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe and Institute of Fire Engineers (UK). He joined FBC Holdings in May 2021 as a Risk Engineer. His role primarily entails insurance risk improvements through actively conducting risk management surveys to identify and evaluate exposures, with an objective to recommend best practice industrial remedies to the underwritten business. Eng. Terrence holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Production Engineering from Chinhoyi University of Technology; and a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems and Operations Management from National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is also involved in the promotion good industrial risk management through active participation in NSSA Factories Inspectorate occupational safety and health programs as a member of NSSA Harare Chapter.
