Dorcas holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Insurance and Risk Management degree from NUST and an MBA from ESAMI. She also holds a diploma in insurance from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe and an Advanced diploma in Insurance from CII (UK) where she has associate status. She joined FBC Re in June 2015 having worked for Baobab Reinsurance Life and Health and ZB Life Assurance.
