Mudzingwa is a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certified by Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA). He started his professional career with Trust Bank in 2002 where he worked in the asset management unit as a portfolio administrator. He later moved to the risk management unit within the same organization assuming the responsibilities of a risk and compliance officer in 2004. Following the amalgamation of Trust, Royal and Barbican to form the Zimbabwe Allied Banking Group (ZABG) he joined the Economics and Strategy unit where he worked as a financial analyst until 2008. He joined FBC Holdings as a financial risk manager in 2008 responsible for the market, liquidity and credit risk portfolios for the Group. In 2010 he assumed the role of senior manager within the risk management until 2013. He was appointed Head- Group Risk Management in 2013 charged with the responsibility of leading enterprise-wide risk management (ERM) processes. In 2018 he was appointed Divisional Director- Group Risk Management, and currently holds this position. He has received training on several courses which include Enterprise Wide Risk Management (ERM), Asset and Liability Management (ALM) with Euromoney (UK) and other risk management training institutions.
