Harare, Zimbabwe – 10 June 2026 – FBC Holdings is proud to announce that it has successfully attained ISO/IEC 27001: 2022 certification, the internationally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
This milestone represents a significant achievement for the Group and underscores its commitment to information security, sound governance, risk management and operational excellence across its businesses (FBC Bank, Crown Bank, MicroPlan, FBC Insurance, FBC Reinsurance, FBC Securities).The certification was attained following months of rigorous preparation, independent audits, comprehensive risk assessments and organisation-wide collaboration involving teams across the Group.
ISO/IEC 27001: 2022, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is the world’s leading standard for information security management. It provides a systematic framework for identifying, assessing and managing information security risks, while ensuring that organizations implement appropriate controls, governance structures and continual improvement processes to safeguard sensitive information.
